The University of Southern California's AgeWorks is
committed to protecting your privacy when visiting the AgeWorks.com
website. The following are descriptions of how AgeWorks uses and
gathers information from a customer. Also described will be how
a customer can update his or her information.
Information We Collect
Information is collected by the customer's input during registration
of our website, purchasing our products or services, and/or requesting
additional information.
Via. Registration Sites:
Registration sites require visitors to provide contact information
and unique identifiers when they register as well as name, address,
and email address. The information is not given out to any outside
entities and will be used solely as contact information, design,
and marketing for AgeWorks and the University of Southern California.
Unique identifiers (username and password) are established by the
customer and is used verify the identity of the customer before
granting access to their information and some of the site's services/products.
If you choose not to register you will have access to most of the
site but some services and information may require registration.
via Purchasing Services or Products
Our purchasing site allows you to purchase educational products
and services from AgeWorks. Financial information such as credit
card numbers, are secured by iBill and their privacy statement can
be read at http://www.ibill.com/about/security.cfm.
No financial information will be gathered by AgeWorks at any time.
Any financial concerns or problems can be iBill. All information
concerning test scores, accreditation, or other academic information
will not be given out to anyone else other than the customer and
requests from the customer to provide information to other entities.
How We Use Information
AgeWorks use information from the customers to help use produce
a better site for all users by focusing our website on the needs
of you customers, for marketing purchases, and for contact purposes.
None of the information that is provided will be rented or sold
to third parties. AgeWorks will be adhere to all laws and regulations
concerning this matter and will respect privacy of the customer
by not using the information for any other reason than stated on
this webpage. The only entities that have access to any of this
information at anytime are AgeWorks and the University of Southern
California. If you choose to not have this information used on a
basis for further contact or request this at a later date, the request
will be honored by sending the request by email at update@ageworks.com.
How To Update Your Information:
To change any part of your information online please click on the
"Update Info" button once logged or email update@ageworks.com.
